Via Farina is an Italian restaurant known for its modern approach to classic Italian food, where they serve carefully crafted pizzas and pastas. They are open 7 days a week, featuring a vast seasonal menu, an extensive wine list, cocktails and taps. The new location features a “pasta lab” where all pasta is made behind a glass display, as well as a cocktail bar and a charcuterie island with portions cut to order. They also offer bookings for your private events as well as catering services. So if you love a good, fresh Italian dish, this is the spot for you!
MENU
Via Farina prides themselves in sourcing local farm ingredients, which shows in the freshness and flavor of each dish. Their menu has a massive variety of Italian foods, from mouthwatering appetizers like the BYOB (build your own bruschetta), to pastas, breads, and a huge selection of pizzas. Via Farina’s wood-fired oven is the centerpiece to their signature sour dough Neapolitan style pizzas. All pasta and breads are made in-house daily and to order. When we visited their new location, we tried out the Truffle Frites, Charcuterie Board, Wood Roasted Long stem Artichokes and a Fratello Pizza. For drinks, we had their classic Aperol Spritz and an Espresso Martini!

Hours: Monday – Thursday from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Friday – Saturday from 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and Sundays from 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM!
Regency Landing: 10730 Pacific Street
Hours: Monday from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Tuesday – Thursday from 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Friday – Saturday from 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM!
