ABOUT
The Mill Coffee & Tea got its start in the mid-1970s when a group of bike shop employees in Lincoln decided their shop coffee needed an upgrade. What began as a way to stay warm in the Nebraska winter turned into a passion project, eventually leading them to open a small gourmet coffee and tea store next to the bike shop. Today, The Mill offers fresh-roasted coffee, fine teas, local bites, and all the gear a coffee lover could want, all in a cozy, eclectic setting that is perfect for studying or grabbing a drink with friends. Their first Omaha location opened in early 2023, in a 1932 Art Deco building off Leavenworth. They took inspiration from the original architecture with golds and glam while maintaining the cozy vibe we all know and love!

The Mill offers locally-made sandwiches and vegetarian wraps, baked goods and desserts, a large selection of gourmet candies and chocolate, and of course a full line of coffee and tea related supplies and hardware available for purchase! This is a great spot to study or even grab a late night drink. It has beer on tap, cocktails, and wine as well as classic fresh-roasted coffee and fine teas.

The Mill is located at 3105 Leavenworth Street and is open 7am to 10pm every day of the week!
