The Bánh Mì Shop is located in Bellevue and serves Vietnamese street food — namely the classic Bánh Mì sandwich. Made from scratch, owner Chloe works constantly to carefully craft a menu that will bring her right back to the busy streets of her home in Vietnam.
SANDWICHES
Bánh Mìs are made with fresh Vietnamese baguettes that are made in-house daily using a traditional recipe. With small batch mayonnaise, hand-shredded and pickled carrots and daikon, and marinated garlic and lemongrass pork, every element of the sandwich is made to perfection.
Along with traditional cold-cut Bánh Mìs, the shop has options like sweet and savory lemongrass grilled pork, crispy pork belly, flavorful shredded chicken, and teriyaki tofu. Tasty soups and salads are also available on the menu.
BOBA
Pair your sandwich with a sweet serving of boba tea! Choose from a wide variety of milk teas, fruit teas, slushies, and top off your treat with jellies, popping boba, taro chunks, and more.
ATMOSPHERE
The Bellevue shop is simple and clean, with minimal white walls, dainty decor elements, and modern seating. Hand-painted murals and small plants complement the space.
