Terra Gaucha is a brand-new steakhouse in Omaha with the location being a complete remodel of the former Charleston’s location (plus an addition for private events and functions)! It brings the rich flavors and vibrant traditions of Brazil to Omaha with its authentic churrasco-style dining experience. You can expect a lively, interactive meal as skilled gaucho chefs carve meats tableside, creating the perfect dining experience rooted in Brazilian hospitality.

At Terra Gaucha, the menu centers around the art of churrasco, where only the highest quality meats are seasoned with traditional Brazilian flavors and served all-you-can-eat style. Enjoy a wide variety of savory cuts, including beef, pork, chicken, and seafood, carved fresh at the table by the restaurant’s expert gaucho chefs. In addition to the continuous rotation of succulent meats, you will also have access to an expansive gourmet hot and cold table, featuring fresh salads, cheeses, sides, and more to complete your meal.
During our visit, we had the Grilled Pineapple, Mashed Potatoes, Carmelized Banana, and Warm Parmesan Cheese Puff for sides alongside all the delicious meat offerings. For drinks, we tried the Blueberry Coconut Mojito and a glass of Merlot! We (somehow) saved room for dessert and chose the Brazilian Passionfruit Mousse!

Lunch // Monday to Thursday 11am-2pm, Friday 11am-3pm, and Saturday and Sundays 11am-3pm
Dinner // Monday to Thursday 4:30pm-9:30pm, Friday 4:30pm-10:30pm, Saturday 3:30pm-10:30pm and Sunday 3:30pm-9pm
