Sweet Magnolias Bake Shop is a boutique bakery known for its expertly crafted, from-scratch confections that combine imaginative flavors with timeless nostalgia. Founded by Katina Talley, who has a deep-rooted passion for food from her childhood in rural Nebraska, the bakery offers a variety of hand-made treats, including buttery cinnamon rolls and their signature Brown Sugar Cardamom cake. Sweet Magnolias prides itself on using high-quality ingredients and creating desserts that evoke comfort and joy, so embrace that sweet tooth and “treat” yourself to one of their many delicious creations!

From cinnamon rolls and donuts to scones, cookies and more, there’s a great selection of sugary goodness to enjoy at Sweet Magnolia’s! They even have super cute cake jars, a few savory bites and gluten free options. Alongside their items for purchase in-shop, they also take custom orders and are available to book for wedding desserts on your special day!
During our visit, we grabbed a blueberry scone, s’mores bar, oreo brownie gluten free birthday cake, and jalapeno popper buns!

Sweet Magnolia’s has two locations:
📍 Midtown // Located at 813 North 40th Street and is open Tuesday to Friday 7am-2pm, Saturday 8am-2pm, and Sundays 8am-1pm
📍 Millwork Commons // Located at 1222 Nicholas Street and is open Monday to Friday 7am-2pm, Saturday 8am-2pm and is closed on Sundays
