Parking at Stir Cove is free and can be found in lots north of the venue while handicap parking can be found west of the venue near the Harrah’s main entrance. Traffic in Council Bluffs is usually busier around the Stir Cove at times of the major events, so we recommend you allow some extra time to arrive, park and walk to the building entrance!
