If you haven’t yet discovered Stella’s Ice Cream, get ready to fall in love! With roots in Nampa, Idaho, this vibrant ice cream shop is rooted in kindness, creativity, and joy through the universal language of ice cream. Stella’s rolled out its first Nebraska location in Elkhorn in July of this year, marking its expansion into Omaha’s area with 16 unique dairy flavors and eight dairy-free options that are a must try if you’re in the area and are craving a sweet treat!
Something extra fun at Stella’s is the Bulldog Bowl $50 ice cream challenge. Test your limits for a chance to win back your $50, a free T-shirt and your picture on the wall! The catch? There will be all 16 flavors served in a HUGE dog bowl and you will have ONE hour to complete.

The best part about Stella’s is that there’s truly something for everyone. You’ll find all the classics made in house like vanilla, chocolate and strawberry but Stella’s also offers a rotating menu with new flavors to try all the time! All of their waffle cones, bowls, brownies and cookies are made fresh every morning. And they don’t stop there! Stella’s is famous for their weekly “Flavor Drops,” small-batch creations packed with unique mix-ins and combinations you won’t find anywhere else.
Stella’s also offers tasty coconut-based, dairy-free options that are just as creamy and flavorful as the originals so everyone gets to join in on the fun. They have sundaes, cookie bowls, ice cream sandwiches, pupsicles, push pops, and sandwich to-go packs! When we stopped by, we had the Moonbeam, Circus Circus, and Blue Moon in a waffle bowl!

Stella’s Ice Cream is located in Elkhorn at 4002 North 203rd Street and is open Sunday to Thursday 12pm-10pm and Friday to Saturday 12pm-11pm!
