Named Semo, which is short for Semolina Italian Pasta, this eatery specializes in European-inspired Nebraska cuisine, with a focus on housemade pasta crafted from local ingredients. Located in downtown Fremont in an old historic building, this wonderful upscale restaurant that serves local farm to table cuisine is a must-try hidden gem for your next date night.

Because ingredients are fresh and sourced within the area, the menu at Semo Pasta & Wine varies by day depending on what they can source locally. Their main staples range from starters like Spanish Octopus, Beets and Burrata and Chilled Sweet Corn Soup to freshly made pastas like Ricotta Agnolotti & Summer Truffle, Basil Spaghettini & Shrimp, and the Trottole & Broccoli Pesto. They also have entrees like the flavor-filled Wagyu Hanger Steak or the Scottish Salmon.
