What started as a Texas steak house honoring the historic Salt Grass Trail, known far and wide for creating the best beef in the Lone Star State, has become a nationwide award-winning steak house chain. A recent addition in Omaha, Saltgrass is right near Village Pointe in West Omaha.

Whether or not you’re a red meat connoisseur, the Saltgrass menu has lots of options. Of course, you can enjoy a Certified Angus Beef steak, which is always topped with fresh garlic butter and seasoned with Saltgrass-7 steak spice. You can also enjoy steak add-ons like grilled or fried shrimp, sauteed mushrooms or onions, cognac pepper sauce, and more.
For sides, choose from classics like a baked potato, brussels sprouts, fries, green beans, mac n cheese, and more.
If you’re not feeling a filet, you can try lots of other menu offerings, like chicken fried steak, grilled chicken breasts, fried shrimp, or Atlantic salmon. Don’t forget to start and end with something special, as Saltgrass has a variety of appetizer and dessert choices, too! All breads, dressings, soups and desserts are homemade from scratch.
