Roast Coffee is all about REAL people serving up REAL coffee! Their first location opened in Aksarben in 2016, over a decade after the owners Dave and Martha began A Hill of Beans Coffee Roasters. Now with two locations, Roast has quickly become an Omaha favorite, known for having the friendliest staff and an atmosphere that will always have you wanting to come back for your next caffeine fix!

Roast Coffeehouse offers all your coffee favorites, along with chai lattes, teas, blended drinks, lemonade and more. They also have warm pastries that tie in perfectly with their drinks. Something that also sets them apart is they are not in the business of being pretentious about coffee, or making customers feel guilty for ordering a drink that’s decaf or has a little extra vanilla…so order that extra sweet treat, they got you!

A Hill of Beans Coffee Roasters, founded in 2005 by Dave and Martha, is a coffee business that prides itself on authenticity and passion for great coffee. With a firm belief in avoiding pretension, they focus on buying the best green beans, roasting them to perfection, and offering them to customers with excellent service at reasonable prices. A Hill of Beans stands out with its commitment to quality and its fast-paced, customer-driven environment. They have a location in Central Omaha where you can purchase a variety of beans, both permanent flavors and seasonal, blends, apparel, gifts and more!
LOCATIONS & HOURS
Roast Coffee currently has two locations and A Hill of Beans has one:
📍 Roast (Aksarben) // 1904 South 67th Street and is open daily from 7am-6pm
📍 Roast (Central Omaha) // 1919 Papillion Parkway and is open Monday to Friday 7am-2pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am-3pm
📍 A Hill Of Beans (Millard) // 14512 W Center Road and is open Tuesday to Saturday 9am-3pm
