Rebel Rise Gluten Free Bakery is a dedicated gluten-free bakery that delivers sweet and savory treats made with love and care. Founded by Beth Gregory, who lives with celiac disease, Rebel Rise is more than a bakery — it’s a heartfelt mission to provide high-quality, allergen-friendly options that everyone can enjoy (plus, they taste amazing!). Whether you’re craving cookies, cinnamon rolls, or a perfectly baked seasonal pie, Rebel Rise offers a variety of freshly prepared items that will satisfy your sweet tooth just as much (or more) as their traditional counterparts.
Something that is also super cool about Rebel Rise is you can submit a special-order form on their website with both delivery and pickup options, where you can request specific allergy accommodations as well as individual packaging!
BAKED GOODS
If you’re craving something sweet, there’s a good chance there’s something at Rebel Rise for you to enjoy! From cookies, cinnamon rolls, brownies and cakes to fresh bread, pies and other pastries, along with dinner rolls, and even a heat and eat pizza. So, it’s safe to say that if you name it — they got it! When we visited, we tried out the chocolate, caramel peanut butter, and original cinnamon rolls along with a vanilla cupcake with strawberry icing and some chocolate cranberry cookies! 🤤
LOCATION & HOURS
Rebel Rise is located inside M Studio Salon in La Vista at 10717 Virginia Plaza #121 and is open Tuesdays to Fridays 10am-1pm and 3:30pm-5:30pm, Saturdays from 10am-1pm and Sundays and Mondays by appointment only!
