Proof Whiskey Bar & Craft Cocktails is a prohibition-era-style bar with an urban upscale atmosphere. Offering more than 300 premium whiskeys and bourbons, guests can enjoy flavors from around the world in small-ounce pours or bottles. Proof also offers local craft beers, decadent wines, and hand-crafted original cocktails.
SPIRITS & SNACKS
Proof has bourbons from Kentucky, single malts from Islay, rums from Barbados, vodkas from Iceland, tequilas from Mexico, wine from California and beer from Boulder… just to name a few of the hundreds of items on the menu.
If you’re looking for some bites, Proof has a few small plates to choose from! Enjoy a yummy snack mix, creamy hummus and pita, pretzel bites with honey mustard beer cheese, or spinach and artichoke dip.

Proof’s Midtown Crossing location can be found at 120 S. 31st Ave #5105. Stop in for Happy Hour Monday from 3 p.m. to midnight, Tuesday-Saturday 3-7 p.m. or Sunday 3-9 p.m.
Regular hours are:
Monday-Thursday: 3 p.m. to midnight
Friday & Saturday: 3 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Sunday: 3-9 p.m.
