Over Easy serves up locally sourced breakfast and lunch fare with funky style. For breakfast, choose a classic, like Biscuits and Gravy, or a fluffy Dutch Baby pancake. If you're feeling a little adventurous, the Breakfast Naan has jalapeno jam, eggs, bacon and sausage served atop warm Naan. Or, skip all of that, and head straight for the bakery items, like the popular and delicious homemade poptarts and gooey cinnamon rolls. The lunch menu features a variety of sandwich options, or a generous house salad with or without chicken.

Over Easy is in West Omaha on the corner of 168th and Q, next to the Armbrust Family YMCA. They're open daily from 7 AM-2 PM.
