Enjoy delicious barbeque and mingle with friends at this brand-new barbeque spot in Blackstone — Lazy Buffalo BBQ
ABOUT
Lazy Buffalo BBQ is a new barbeque joint in the Blackstone District, in partnership with their next-door neighbors Scriptown Brewing Co. You are able to mingle between the two businesses with ease and besides, what goes better with barbeque than a good craft beer?
Aside from their Blackstone location, Lazy Buffalo also offers catering, so for inquiries you can email lazybuffalobbqomaha@gmail.com.
MENU For the menu, the owners of Lazy Buffalo wanted to provide a twist on traditional live-fire barbeque with a mix of other menu items that bring in that nostalgic, homemade family vibe. They have big plates like the Blackstone Bologna, which is smoked mortadella, deviled egg spread, pepperjack, dill, and tomato on Texas toast with chips, as well as smaller plates like Habit-forming Tidbits aka oyster crackers with housemade ranch seasoning. We tried out the deviled eggs & smoked Gumbo, the “Alan Earl” smoked pulled pork, and the Grateful Spread which consists of turkey, sausage, and pulled pork and our choice of two sauces and two sides. LOCATION & HOURS Lazy Buffalo BBQ is located in the Blackstone District at 3924 1/2 Farnam Street right next to Scriptown Brewing and are open Mondays and Wednesdays through Saturdays 4pm-10pm and are closed on Sundays and Tuesdays.
