ABOUT Early Bird is officially opening it’s fourth Omaha location out West! If you’re looking for a new lively brunch spot to check out, this might be the one for you. They have a huge menu that is built to satisfy any brunchy craving, and offer a vibrant and fun, modern atmosphere that is perfect for a meetup with friends over some good mimosas! Early Bird also offers catering options that are easily tailored to whatever kind of event you’re looking to bring the brunch goodness to. All you have to do is head to their website and fill out a form to get started!
MENU At Early Bird, you can indulge in all the classic breakfast and brunch foods, such as pancakes, waffles, an array of omelets (both the classics and new innovations you can only find at EB), all kinds of breakfast sandwiches, and more! In addition to breakfast foods, they also have more lunch-focused items such as cheeseburgers, tacos, grilled cheese, chicken sandwiches, etc. Their menu is packed full of all kinds of delicious delights, so there is sure to be something for everyone—regardless of whether it’s breakfast or lunch! When we stopped by, we had the Bird is the Word, which is a grilled chicken breast, bacon, avocado, smoked gouda, tomato, lettuce and mayo on toasted sourdough bread with our choice of a side. We also had the Strawberry and Cream Waffle, and for drink we had the Strawberry Booziest! LOCATION & HOURS Early Bird’s newest location is at 17330 West Center Road and is open every day from 6:30am-2:30pm!
