Circo Omaha // Try out a new Italian eatery and wine bar in West Omaha!
ABOUT
Circo Omaha is an upscale Italian eatery and wine bar in West Omaha, offering a chef-driven, Italian-inspired menu that’s constantly evolving. Executive Chef Dave Smyrk strives to draw inspiration from various culinary traditions and incorporate his own personal style to every dish. Circo recently opened this past November and has been an Omaha favorite ever since. With fresh, handmade pastas and perfectly crafted cocktails and wine, this is a great spot for a nice date night or an intimate celebration with friends and family.
FOOD & DRINK
The menu at Circo ranges from traditional Italian dishes to more specialized approaches to the classics. Start off with an appetizer, such as the fried dough with burrata or the charred eggplant and roasted sweet pepper dip, which we absolutely loved. We also tried the roasted mushroom bruschetta, braised beef ravioli, and braised pork shanks, all of which consisted of rich, mouthwatering flavors. The hand-crafted cocktails and curated wine list at Circo are the result of meticulous selection to provide a perfect experience in collaboration with your food.
Make sure to take advantage of their Happy Hour from 4pm to 6pm, where you can get special deals on appetizers, wines, and more! They take reservations, and because of the popularity of Circo, setting a date ahead of time is definitely recommended.
