They are a family-owned restaurant that opened in mid-March, and their menu offers delicious and authetnic dishes that will transport you to the bustling streets of Vietnam. This is a great option if you’re looking for a new casual date-night spot to try out or are just looking for a delicious spot to enjoy Vietnamese eats with friends and family.

Phôba is dedicated to using only the freshest ingredients to ensure that every dish is bursting with flavor and nutritional goodness. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic dish or something entirely new, this menu has you covered. Their signature dish, pho, is crafted with an 8-hour slow-cooked bone broth, making it a healthy, fresh, and nutritious delight that is completely free from MSG. You can also indulge in a refreshing boba tea, made with 100% fresh fruit and milk.
When we visited Phôba we had to try the combination pho. We also ordered a shrimp summer roll, Vietnamese crispy pork roll, lemongrass porkchop, and Shrimp pad tai. To drink we had the classic milk tea with green tea and tapioca pearls as well as fresh grapefruit and mango juice!

Phôba is located at 17676 Welch Plaza Suite 6 just off 180th and Q and is open Tuesday to Thursday 11am-9pm, Friday to Saturday 11am-9:30pm and Sunday 11am-9pm while they are closed on Mondays.
