The menu at Maximo’s Cantina focuses on classic Mexican dishes from breakfast bites like Breakfast Burritos, Tacos, and Casseroles, to lunch and dinner options like Enchiladas, Taco Salad, soups and salads, and fajitas. We had the shrimp tacos and the burrito! Their happy hour is Tuesdays to Thursdays 3pm-5pm and reverse happy hour is Fridays and Saturdays 8pm to close.
