What started as a dream of owning her own sandwich shop became a reality for beloved Sweet Magnolia’s Bake Shop owner, Katina Talley, when she opened Know Good. After finding success selling breakfast sandwiches and pastries inside Archetype Coffee on 13th Street, Talley took the leap and opened her first brick-and-mortar location off Center Street earlier this year! Know Good still operates inside Archetype with a limited menu, but for the full experience, and a warm, fresh and friendly start to your morning head to their new Center Street location! You can even enjoy your meal on their cute outdoor patio, which is the perfect spot for a slow morning or catching up with friends!

The core of Know Good’s menu is their breakfast sandwiches, all made on your choice of bagel. Toasted to perfection, the bagels have a crisp exterior and soft, chewy center that holds together beautifully, so you get a perfect bite every time without the fillings falling out.
Flavors range from classics like everything to creative choices like blueberry, asiago and rosemary salt, with new flavors popping up all the time. Each sandwich has its own unique flavor profile, from sweet picks like strawberry and burrata toast to savory staples like the classic breakfast sandwich. We got the “American” Good Sandwich and the Granola Bowl with a Strawberry Matcha and a Passionfruit Green Tea, and they were the perfect combo!
Don’t forget to grab a sweet treat on your way out, the sweet corn coffee cake and salted chocolate chip cookie are must-tries!
LOCATION & HOURS
Know Good’s brick-and-mortar shop is located off Center Street and open Tuesday – Sunday, 7am – 2pm. You can also visit their spot inside Archetype Coffee on 13th Street (just a reminder the menu is limited). Archetype is open Monday – Friday, 7am – 2pm and Saturday – Sunday, 8am – 2pm.
