THE FOOD
Hydes Slydes has some of my favorite food in Omaha. The entire menu is burgers and loaded fries. I tried The Aksarben Burger (Strawberry Aioli, Bacon, Blue Cheese), the Banh Mi Fries (Grilled Beef, Pickled Daikon & Carrots, Jalapeno, Kewpie Mayo, Cilantro, Siracha), and French Dip Mac & Cheese Fries (Fries topped with White Creamy Mac & Cheese. and then Primes Rib soaked in Au Jus).

THE ATMOSPHERE
Hydes Slydes is located inside the Gover’s Inn, a dive bar on 42nd st. It’s a very casual atmosphere where you can also grab a drink from the bar to go along with your meal.
