Howard & Fine is located inside Moe & Curly’s in the Capitol District at 1011 Capitol Ave. To find it, walk past the restrooms in the back and look for a large wooden door with a “H&F”painted on it. They’re open Wednesday – Thursday from 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM, and Friday – Saturday from 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
