Graley’s Creamery and Confections is a charming 1800s themed ice cream parlor located in Downtown Papillion. Despite not having formal culinary training or years of food service experience, the Comptons’ passion for ice cream and love for family led them to create something special. The name “Graley’s” is a combination of their children’s names, Greg and Haley, a nickname their dad has used since they were little. Stepping into Graley’s feels like traveling back in time, with a welcoming ambiance reminiscent of the late 1800s.
As the weather in Omaha finally begins to rise, Graley’s is the ultimate spot for that friendly, old fashion service along with delicious, homemade ice-cream, pies and confections made from the freshest local ingredients. Does it get any better than that?

At Graley’s Creamery and Confections, the menu is a tribute to classic sweets and beverages with a nostalgic twist. They offer 24 different ice cream flavors at any given time, all made from the freshest, all-natural ingredients to deliver rich, super-premium ice cream and sorbets. The menu also features old-fashioned sodas, malts, banana splits, and the ultimate Victorian-inspired experience—ice cream flights! But in addition to ice cream, Graley’s serves hand-crafted coffees, caramel macchiatos, and their specialty: Wonka’s Chocolate River (Vanilla Bean ice cream drowned in espresso) which is perfect for lovers of coffee AND desserts.

Graley’s Creamery & Confections is located in Papillion at 147 N Washington Street and is open Monday to Thursday 11:30am-9pm, Friday and Saturday 11:30am-10pm and Sundays 3pm-9pm!
