Check Out Flora Cafe, a New Mexican Restaurant and Brunch Spot in the Old Market!

ABOUT

From the same team that brought you Sams Leon Mexican restaurant in South Omaha comes Flora Cafe, a new Mexican restaurant and brunch spot in the Old Market! Flora Cafe is more than just a cafe, it’s a corner of Mexico. They opened this summer serving up Mexican coffee, brunch, lunch and dinner. Their food is based on Abuelita’s family recipes, bringing the warmth of home to their corner of downtown.

THE MENU

At Flora Cafe, you’ll find breakfast items like huevos con chorizo, chilaquiles, blanquillos rancheros, and pan a la francesa. On the drinks menu you’ll find abuelita chai, aguas frescas, speciality lattes, and naranjada.

If the breakfast menu wasn’t already making your mouth water, you can look forward to enchiladas mexicanas, fajitas, or chimichangas on the lunch and dinner menu. They even have a menu for the little ones with things like mini quesadillas, chicken tenders and corn dogs.

LOCATION & HOURS

Flora Cafe is located at 1009 Farnam St, right across from the Gene Leahy Mall. They are open Monday-Thursday 8 am-9 pm, Friday and Saturday 8 am-10 pm, and Sunday 8 am-8 pm.
