Get ready to welcome Santa to La Vista!
Make plans to join us for TWO fun events on Sunday, November 30. First is Santa’s Sleigh Ride through town. Later, Santa will arrive at his workshop to lead the Tree Lighting Celebration.
Here are the details:
SLEIGH RIDE, 1-5 p.m. in neighborhoods across La Vista
Santa and his entourage will be in neighborhoods west of 84th Street approximately 1-3 p.m. He’ll be east of 84th Street around 3-5 p.m. See if you can spot him traveling through town on his sleigh!
TREE LIGHTING CELEBRATION, 4-6 p.m. at Santa’s Workshop in Central Park (8305 Park View Blvd.)
4 p.m. – Workshop opens and visitors can enjoy the animals, carolers, free hot cocoa & cookies, glow necklaces & ornament giveaway
5:45 p.m. – Santa arrives
6 p.m. – Lighting of the tree followed by a song & community selfie with Santa (no individual Santa photos)
6:15 p.m. Event ends
