Celebrate culture, community, and Italian heritage at the Santa Lucia Festival happening in Little Italy June 4th – 7th! Founded in 1925, Grazia Bonafede Caniglia recreated the Carlentini Santa Lucia Festival in Omaha to help Italian immigrants stay connected to their roots and traditions. Over the years, it has grown into one of Omaha’s favorite cultural festivals filled with incredible food, live music, dancing, and family-friendly fun!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Spend the weekend enjoying delicious Italian food, drinks, live music, and street dancing throughout the festival. Guests can participate in the bocce ball tournament and cannoli-eating championship, plus visit the Genealogy Room to learn more about their family history and Italian heritage. This free, family-friendly festival also features a kid zone packed with activities for kids to enjoy!
