-Expert talks from preservation pros you actually want to hear, including: Mike Jackson, FAIA from the National Building Arts Center and how he built the APT Building Technology Heritage Library (a time-traveler’s guide to vintage building trade catalogs, home plan books, builder’s guides and other trade literature), and Jerry Berggren, AIA and David Calease discussing the Kregel Windmill Factory located in Nebraska City

-Smart strategies for using historic tax incentives with Ryan Reed of Heritage Consulting Group. Learn how you can use historic tax credits to reactivate underutilized historic buildings in your community.
