Meet The Movement with Rich Movement Pilates is the perfect chance to check out the studio and see what it’s all about! On Saturday, May 16th, stop by to meet the instructors, learn about The Rich Method, and try out both the reformer and cadillac equipment. They’ll also be offering free 30-minute Pilates classes, so you can experience the classes for yourself before committing to a membership!
RESERVATIONS
This open house is free to attend, but space is limited, so reservations are required. You can reserve a spot at app.arketa.co (link in their bio!). No experience is necessary, all skill levels are welcome, and you do not need to be a member to attend!
LOCATION & HOURS
Rich Movement Pilates is located in Downtown Omaha at 816 N 14th St. Meet the Movement will take place on May 16th, from 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM in place of classes. Be sure to reserve a spot before stopping in!
