Join Cailin for a gentle yoga flow to calm your mind, strengthen your body and pair breath with movement- happening the first Friday of every month. The class is accessible to all levels. Cailin completed her 200-hour teacher training in vinyasa yoga in Seattle in 2018 and looks forward to sharing mat space with you. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Yoga blocks are optional.
