Come dance like everyone is sober and no one is judging.
Ecstatic Dance is your space to let go, move freely, and be fully yourself – no booze, no shoes, no shame.
Join us. You’re wanted here.
From the broader Ecstatic Dance Community:
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We dance without shoes
- This allows us to connect more fully with the ground
- If you need shoes, that’s OK
2. We dance without words
- This makes it easier to be in a meditative state
- No verbal instruction from the facilitator
- No talking from the dancers
(You may whisper quietly on the sides, if no one else can hear you from the dance floor.)
3. We dance as we are No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
