The uplifting true story that inspired the world—and the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical.

In the wake of the events of September 11, 2001, 38 commercial airplanes carrying nearly 7,000 passengers from around the world were unexpectedly diverted to the small town of Gander, Newfoundland. As fear and uncertainty spread, the people of Gander opened their homes and hearts to complete strangers. Based on this remarkable true story, Come From Away celebrates the kindness, resilience, and human connection that emerged during an extraordinary moment in history.

Filled with soaring music, heartfelt humor, and unforgettable characters, this Tony Award-winning musical is an inspiring celebration of hope, compassion, and the power of community. As strangers become family, Come From Away reminds us that even in the darkest moments, humanity leads the way.
