It’s not the holidays in Omaha without A Christmas Carol at the Omaha Community Playhouse! Back for its 50th anniversary, this classic production runs November 21st – December 21st on the Hawks Mainstage Theater.
Follow Ebenezer Scrooge on his life-changing journey to rediscover the true meaning of Christmas in a show filled with music, stunning costumes, and the cozy holiday magic Omaha families have loved for generations. Directed by Susan Baer Collins and Jim McKain, this Omaha favorite is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season!
SPECIAL EVENTS
During the run of A Christmas Carol, the Omaha Community Playhouse will host several special performances and experiences. Join a behind-the-scenes deep dive into the creative process and inspiration behind the show on Tuesday, December 2nd from 6:30pm – 7:15pm on the Hawks MainStage Theater.
An audio-described performance will be offered on Saturday, November 29th for guests who are blind or visually impaired, and an ASL Shadow Interpreted performance will take place on Friday, December 5th, designed for those with neurodiverse needs.
