ABOUT
Dolomiti Pizzeria is a brand-new wood-fired sourdough pizzeria with a Northern Italian influence. Pizzas are 12in and freshly made to order so make sure to come hungry! The space has a sophisticated vibe located in a restored historic building that displays some awesome timber installments. They also include bar seating that offers an open yet cozy vibe while not feeling too crowded. Dolomiti is only a few blocks away from the CHI Health Center and the Charles Schwab Field, so if you want to grab a bite to eat before or after a ballgame or event night, this is a great choice!
MENU
The menu at Dolomiti has a variety of tasty pizza options inspired by Northern Italy as well as wine, appetizers, and cocktails. We tried out the Rustica and Margherita pizzas. The Rustica has Italian Sausage, charred broccolini, roasted garlic, mozzarella, aged Parmesan and smoked Calabrian honey and the Margherita has the classic Tomato sauce, mozzeralla, extra virgin olive oil, basil salt, and fresh basil. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, and we paired them with a side of brussels sprouts with pickled red onions and parmesan cheese to top it off!
LOCATION & HOURS
Dolomiti Pizzeria is located in the heart of Millwork Commons at 1105 North 13th Street and is open Tuesdays through Thursdays from 11am to 8pm, Fridays from 11am to 9pm, Saturdays from 12pm to 9pm, and Sundays from 12pm to 8pm. They are closed on Mondays. On weekends we recommend getting a reservation as they have been super booked recently!
