Their menu blends flavors from Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil, offering a mix of spicy, tangy, and savory bites that are perfect for sharing. Cumbria’s tapas include options like empanadas (pollo, queso, carne) served with arugula salad and aji salsa, plus refreshing mango ceviche made with white fish, mango salsa, and leche de Tigre, along with plenty of other small plates to try.
For drinks, check out their handcrafted cocktail menu featuring drinks like the Pisco Sour, made with pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg whites and other favorites like Margaritas, Mojitos, and red or white Sangrias. Cumbia is located downtown at 329 S 16th Street Suite 1. They are open Monday – Thursday from 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Friday from 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM, Saturday from 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, and Sunday from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
