Crafted Ramen Misolado is a brand-new Japanese and ramen spot in Central Omaha serving up authentic Japanese dishes packed with bold and soulful flavor. From rich, comforting bowls of ramen to crave-worthy snacks and drinks, everything here is designed to give you a true taste of Japanese cuisine. The decor really adds to the experience, the space is filled with beautiful Japanese decor that makes you feel like you are transported straight to Japan.
This spot runs a little different than most restaurants. You’ll wait in a queue to be seated, with plenty of tempting snacks and drinks to browse while you wait. Once you’re at the table, a server takes your order and you pay up front so you can head out right away when you’re done. It’s already a popular spot, so plan for a wait or arrive early to snag a table!

They have a wide variety of authentic Japanese dishes, but they’re best known for their rich, comforting bowls of ramen. We recently stopped in and tried the Miso Black, made with pork broth, Misolado’s special miso base, homemade black garlic oil, mushroom oil, pork belly chashu, soft boiled egg, black mushroom, and green, red, and fried onions. The gyoza is also a fan favorite and a must-try when you visit!

Crafted Ramen Misolado is located in Central Omaha at 7425 Dodge St. They’re open Wednesday – Friday from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, and Saturday & Sunday from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
