With a traditional Mexican menu, you can find everything from tacos to tostadas to enchiladas on the menu at Copal. Pictured is the battered shrimp tacos and the birria tacos. Copal also has a large drink menu full of cocktails, wine, beer, and liquor.
BRUNCH
Brunch at Copal is served every Sunday from 11-3 and has a mix of their normal menu, with a few classic brunch items added like french toast and huevos rancheros. And be sure and try their $15 bottomless mimosas!
