Burning Bridges is a delicious mobile eatery that we all know and love that has recently opened a brand-new restaurant this past December! From savory burgers to mouth-watering tacos, Burning Bridges Food Truck has all kinds of great grab and go eats. They were even named Best in Omaha for 2 years for the best fried chicken sandwich!
All of the fryers Burning Bridges uses are also dedicated gluten free and have gluten free menu options along with gluten free buns that are available (not that you can tell, they’re all delicious!)

At Burning Bridges, you can find all kinds of hearty bites from their famous chicken sandwiches (choose from the classic, Nashville Hot, and Honey BBQ), burgers, twister fries, pickle chips and more! Not to mention they have some of the tastiest homemade ranch 🤤
When we stopped by, we grabbed a gluten free fried chicken sandwich and pickle chips!

Burning Bridge’s restaurant is located at 14544 West Center Road and is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11am-8pm!
