Boyd and Charlie’s menu can be described as “just great barbeque.” It features a delicious selection of meats prepared to perfection, where all meats are slow smoked to capture a deep, rich flavor and are served naked, allowing you to customize your experience by adding whatever sauce you’d like. Each entree comes with a choice of one down-home side, like Sam’s Bama Beans, Southern Fries, Potato Salad, or Ms. Terry’s Corn Pie. We had the Beef Brisket Sandwich, Pork Burnt Ends Sandwich, and Mac and Cheese. It’s safe to say you should come hungry because Boyd and Charlie’s can be defined by two words: comfort food!
