The Bohemian Gardens is a hidden retreat tucked away in the heart of Omaha. Originally opened as a Czechoslovakian dance hall in 1895, it’s now one of the city’s most enchanting and unique venues, as well as a popular restaurant and bar. The gardens host live music, DJs, and fun events throughout the year in the courtyard. It also doubles as a gorgeous, intimate wedding venue.
Shhhh…they even have a speakeasy called the Cuba Room, featuring live music, craft cocktails, and more. The Bohemian Gardens announces openings on their Instagram and Facebook, but you can also watch for the red lights outside, when they’re on, knock three times and they’ll let you in!
EVENTS
If you’re looking to take a little break from the city, this gorgeous space hosts a variety of events throughout the year. On Wednesdays, they offer Pizza Nights, where Via Farina serves up their delicious pizzas alongside live music and craft cocktails from the Cuba Room. Be sure to keep an eye out for their fine dining pop-ups as well, where they partner with chefs from across the metro to bring you a one-of-a-kind dining experience in the gardens!
