You’ll find favorites like oysters, risotto, gnocchi, and wagyu flat iron, or you can go all in with their six-course chef’s tasting menu that changes every week (table participation required). If you’re a wine lover you can try the six-course wine pairing for the full experience! They also accommodate dietary restrictions and have plenty to sip on, from craft cocktails and beer to an impressive wine list featuring sparkling, white, rosé, and red.

You can check out Au Courant in Benson at 6064 Maple St. They are open Thursday – Sunday from 5pm to close and closed Monday – Wednesday. Reservations are recommended, but not required.
