The name Albany and Avers reflects Amanda’s journey through Chicago, with “Albany” representing the vintage, fun, and reclaimed side of fashion, while “Avers” symbolizes a more mature and trendy style. The boutique is committed to sustainability, aiming to reduce the carbon footprint of the fashion industry by offering both vintage treasures and new, trendy pieces.
